“I found that I gained a lot more than I expected from this MBSR course. I definitely will be taking what I learned into my daily interactions and living. I feel different, and I know that bringing mindfulness into my everyday life has made a huge impact in my daily interactions and relationships. I hope to continue to practice and allow myself the gift of being present. It was a challenge and hard at times, but I saw that as an indication that it was working.”
