Online Guided Meditation Drop-In

These one-hour session will include:

  • Information on the latest science and benefits of mindfulness meditation.

  • A guided meditation.

  • Time to ask questions, share insights, and connect further with our community of mindfulness practitioners.

  • Recommendations on titles and resources for further exploration. 

No prior meditation experience is needed. Plenty of modifications and tips will be offered to assist you in understanding and working with many of the common obstacles encountered in meditation practice. Bring your curiosity and questions!
